How the ElectrIQ charging system works

Thanks to the ElectrIQ charging system, you can charge on four levels simultaneously you can charge on four levels simultaneously. This allows you to recharge batteries throughout the day and ensures that everything is fully charged at the start of your next working day.   • Levels 1 and 2 charge simultaneously, each with a maximum of 16A​

  • Levels 3 and 4 share 16 amperes – convenient for smaller batteries​

Too many connected? The safe automatically shuts down safely

If you accidentally connect too many heavy batteries at once, the safe intervenes before anything goes wrong. The system temporarily shuts down, but the fuses in your fuse box remain intact. After a brief reset, you can resume charging immediately.​

Charging many batteries simultaneously? Here’s how to calculate the correct distribution

This safe operates on three-phase power and has four charging levels:

  • Top two levels: each with a maximum of 16 amperes, suitable for heavy chargers such as for pallet trucks or e-scooters
  • Bottom two levels: share 16 amperes together, ideal for smaller chargers such as tools or e-bikes

 

Tip

A pallet truck charger of 8A can be easily combined with another charger of 7A on the same level. As long as you stay under 16A, you’re fine. For the lighter levels, sum all chargers up to a total of 16A distributed.
