It helps to have the following to hand:

  • an estimate of the number and type of batteries,
  • how often and when you charge (daytime, overnight, shift work),
  • photos or a simple floor plan of the possible charging area,
  • information about the available electrical connections (230V/400V).
  • information about the route from outside the building to the final location of the battery safe (the safes weigh between 188 and 710 kg)

A first call usually takes approximately half an hour. If your situation is complex or you have multiple locations, we can schedule a follow-up call.
